Having trained and qualified staff is also critical in guaranteeing the most effective and consistent system performance. It is also the key criteria in reducing overall costs, minimizing waste, increasing machine and system life spans and maintaining a safe operating environment.
ENHANCED FOOD SAFETY AND EMPLOYEE SAFETY PROGRAMS
As part of our service excellence guarantee, Chemsyn provides customized training, both product, process and system oriented, for warewash, laundry and housekeeping operational staff to ensure that enhanced food and employee safety standards are consistently met and exceeded. In consultation with you, we will develop programs to fit every employee skill level and deliver them to those parts of the organization that require them.
WHMIS TRAINING
WHMIS training is a standard part of our staff training programs and is provided initially when client service begins, periodically for new staff and refresher courses are offered upon request.
